Who We Are

Mojave Arts is an arts nonprofit dedicated to supporting art, music, and cinema through a program of screenings, live performances, and publications. Its work champions emerging and underrecognized voices while presenting culture within a broader historical context, grounded in local communities and connected to a global dialogue. The organization approaches culture as a living continuum, shaped by memory, transmission, and environment in a form of a year-round programming that includes film screenings, concerts, and panel discussions, often conceived as expanded encounters that bring artists and audiences into direct dialogue, many of which are accompanied by publications, extending the life and reach of the work beyond the event itself.

As its partnerships expand, Mojave Arts develops modular and adaptable programming that can take the form of recurring series, festival strands, residencies, or site-specific presentations, with a particular sensitivity to landscape and context.
